CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Couples classes have started again for this year.
The focus of this class is on giving each participant the ability to relieve minor muscle and soft tissue pain in a relatively short amount of time and without causing pain or fatigue on the part of the person giving the massage.
About half of the class will consist of information, explanation, examples, and perhaps a demonstration exercise or two. You will also learn some of the science behind why touch causes physical change so that you will better know when and how to use it. The other half of this class will be spent learning to use the methods that are being taught on the person you have come here with. Both members of each couple attending will be receiving about 30 minutes of massage from each other.
There will be time at the end of class for any questions and discussion that might give further help or sources of information about topics that arise.
The cost for the class is $60 couple. Class length is 90 minutes. All costs are to be paid in advance of the class at the time of registration through our website. Spaces are still available but limited so please call David today at 616-871-9380 to register.
Payment must be received one week prior to the class to hold your place.
